Dogs Being Killed For Experiments

In Georgia Regents University dogs were being bought for dental experiments. They got the dogs from a Class B dog dealer. A Class B dealer normally from random sources. Some examples are auctions, fleas, markets, animal shelters, lost or stray dogs, and even from someones home. While this undercover investigation they learned that dogs were being used to perform life risking dental implant. They also killed dogs only for a part of their jaw. They were doing these surgeries to compare implants they made to other private companies. Wayne Pacelle, president and CEO of The HSUS take on this was, "Dogs don't need to die for frivolous dental experiments. It's painful to watch these forlorn dogs sacrificed for these questionable purposes. And the situation is compounded by the university's relationship with an unscrupulous animal dealer." The HSUS witnessed dog's teeth getting pulled out and getting replaced with implants and getting euthanized to take out a piece of their jaw. This problem has been going on for years until this under cover investigation.
